December 16th I will be hosting the Log Cabin Republicans of Maryland. Log Cabin Republicans is the nation’s original and largest organization representing LGBT conservatives and straight allies who support fairness, freedom, and equality for all Americans. Log Cabin Republicans has state and local chapters nationwide, full-time staff in Washington, DC, a federal political action committee, and state political action committees.
The 89th Brunswick Veterans Day Parade is one of the oldest and Maryland’s largest parade in observance of Veterans Day. Plans for this year’s parade are well under way. The Brunswick
Veterans Parade begins on East Potomac Street (at City Park) with line-up at 11:30 a.m.
There are very few times in my life that I am at a loss for words, but tonight is one of them. I am truly humbled by the showing of support that I received tonight. I never would have imagined that 77 people would show up to support me at my kick-off event in our little town of Woodsboro, and on a Wednesday night no less.
Colorfest is the single biggest fundraising opportunity for many of our local churches, civic organizations, and non-profits. Catoctin Colorfest is an annual arts and crafts festival in Thurmont, Maryland. Every year about 125,000 people attend, making it one of the largest festivals of its kind on the east coast of the United States. In 2005 Colorfest was recognized as one of the top 35 arts and craft shows in the United States by Sunshine Artists Magazine.

September 25th I will be in the Heritage Festival Parade in Middletown, MD.
Time: Begins at 10:00 AM – Location: Main Street
The Middletown Heritage Festival Parade kicks off the Festival with the Frederick County Honor Guard leading the parade down Main Street to Elm Street. With its dance groups, floats, marching bands and a variety of community organizations, the parade is always a highlight of the day.
